In November's Chapter Meeting Nadia presented a case study on the project management challenges associated with Perth Stadium including interface challenges. The importance of rigorous project definition, procurement strategy and contract principles for setting projects up for success - using Perth Stadium and other project examples.
The multi-purpose 60,000 seat Perth Stadium will be a world-class venue when it officially opens on 21 January 2018.
