This planning masterclass will sharpen your strategic thinking, improve the way you plan, and assist you in creating a focused approach to the strategic direction of your business.
We will look at a three-phased approach:
- Phase 1: Where Now? Ensure we understand the current baseline (business as usual, key projects, successes to date, strengths and areas to develop, opportunities and threats)
- Phase 2: Where To? And How To? Consider your Strategic Plan key focus areas for the next 12-36 months
- Phase 3: Create a plan and a ‘plan on a page’ with clear measurable objectives that are aligned.
Shirley Anne Fortina grew up in South Africa, spent over four and a half years in the UK, and has been living in Perth Western Australia for the past 18 years.
Shirley Anne’s passion is enabling those around her. She works with individuals and businesses – helping them work out where they are at now – where they would like to go and how they might close the gap between the two with an emphasis on strategic and business development planning.
As the principal and director of The POD Consultancy. POD = People, Opportunities, and Development she splits her time across presenting, facilitating, training, and business development coaching.
Shirley Anne believes in giving back to the community - She is the Perth manager for the Melbourne based NFP called The Nappy Collective who collect unused disposable nappies and distribute them to families in crisis; she also a board member of Starick an NFP that provides multi-layered support services to women and children experiencing family and domestic violence.
Shirley Anne is hooked on learning and development; she is a self-confessed book and TedX lover. She freely admits that can't play golf to save herself and at the end of a hot day in sunny Perth, you will find her with a refreshing drink and with her family.
We would also like to invite you to attend PMI Toastmasters, which meets before the Chapter Meeting servicing the local community of project managers in Perth. Good leaders are good communicators. In Toastmasters you will improve your speaking skills and develop leadership abilities in order to become a better leader.Register Now
