In this introduction to lean agile principles and practices for project managers, we introduce and explore agile principles and translate a few key practices to address the work needs and organisational contexts of those attending. While brief, workshop participants will gain a learned-by-doing understanding of why organisations are adopting agile, where they might apply agile at their organisations, and how they can introduce lean agile practices to better lead their teams and projects.
If interested but unsure, please try PMI’s free 45-minute online course Kickoff www.perfectkickoff.com and then bring your projects and questions to discuss, practice, and go further.
