Becoming a great leader can be a confusing experience. Knowing how to grow in a way that matches who you are with you want to be can be trying and if you don’t have clarity about how to do that, then you know you won’t be reaching your true potential as an outstanding leader.

That’s why Peter McLean learned how high performers and leaders do it and created the Gifted Leadership model to help leaders understand their own unique gifts & talents, determine their driving leadership purpose and achieve dramatic growth in their leadership and success.

This half day workshop packs in principles that Peter has used for himself and his many clients to achieve outstanding leadership growth. Here’s what just two former workshop participants have had to say:

“Numerous new ideas, information and processes. I will be a better leader and person as a result of this … and it will enhance my overall life.” – Brian Aitken, Senior Strategy Advisor and former CEO of a billion dollar enterprise

“Peter recognizes each person as an individual and encourages them to play on their strengths…. I would take the course again.” – Colby Hauser, Senior Consultant, CCIWA

PMI WA Chapter Members can sign up for this unique growth opportunity in this one-off half day format, being provided exclusively for PMI members.

Just a few of the outcomes from this workshop, you will:
