Presenter: Nadia Van Dommelen - PROJECT MANAGER AND PWC PARTNER

Nadia is a professionally qualified civil and structural engineer with over 20 years of industry experience focused predominantly in project management of building and infrastructure projects.

During her career, Nadia has specialised in the project direction of complex major infrastructure projects (over $500m in capital value and/or with significant value service contracts) and the wide-ranging operational reforms and design, construction and procurement challenges that typically are associated with projects of this magnitude. She is highly experienced in alternative procurement methods (with and without private finance) such as Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), and the financial structuring and legal agreements required to support such methods.

Nadia has undertaken key roles of some of Perth’s largest social infrastructure projects, including Perth Stadium, WA Schools PPP, Midland Health Campus, Fiona Stanley Hospital and CBD Courts.  Across these projects, she has assumed project director level responsibility for a range of activities including master planning, stakeholder engagement, project briefing, procurement, risk management, design management and contract management.
