Topic: We all operate from basic ancient brain structures despite our sophistication and superb planning abilities. Using a neuroscience lens will give the insight to project managers on how they can work ‘smarter’ and enable better team performance.

The presentation will focus on three areas giving some practical applications for managing your team:

  • The power of vision building

  • Our biological need for information

  • Do’s and Don’ts of delegation
