Biography: Maree Wrack CSP

Maree Wrack is a qualified practitioner with over 30 years of experience in Customer-Centric conversational development and delivery with established corporations and organisations. She works at the intersection of connecting Culture with Customer Experience (CX) & Employee Experience (EX).
A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) with Professional Speakers Australia, Maree has undertaken further studies in Emotional Intelligence, Whole Brain Thinking® and the Neuroscience of Conversations. She is certified in integrating Conversational Intelligence® with leaders and managers to increase measurable productivity, lift emotional engagement, and reduce re-work and backtracking by getting it right the first time.

By applying the neuroscience of conversations to business challenges, I show leaders and teams how to build customer-centric cultures by elevating levels of emotional engagement, collaboration & innovation, and building customer value that positively impacts the bottom line.

  • As an Australian EQ Network Leader for the Global Emotional Intelligence Network, I’ve established an EQ Community of Practice in Western Australia & hold regular community events
  • As a Certified Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence® C-IQ, and a member of the Global Leadership Team, I’m working with the Founder to evolve the next level of Conversational Intelligence® for Business
  • I have authored two books. My latest book HOT SECOND HALF is a recommended resource for eliminating age discrimination in the workplace and building age-positive cultures
  • I am a former National Board Member of Auscontact Association, and have performance coached teams to win national titles at Australian Call/Contact Centre Industry Awards, and more recently at the World Contact Centre Awards.
