Participants will understand the five stage process of design thinking and apply methods to real projects; empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test.

Nick will use an experiential learning approach so participants will be expected to fully participate to get the most out of this unique learning experience.

What will you receive from this half day course?

  1. Use empathy to understand the ‘real problem’ of users
  2. Democratise design and rapidly generate new ideas
  3. Apply a human-centred mindset to create experiences and things users want
