Project Managers often cry out “you’ve delayed us” to the client. Naturally their response is “prove it”. Proving Extensions of Time (EOT) is never as easy as it seems, especially with a program that shows multiple parallel activities with float.
EOT claims are often complex and if you don’t get them right they often fail to reach the desired outcome.
In this presentation Brett with his co-host Karim Mounir will clarify the following:
- Best methods to both present and assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Understand how an EOT Claims are assessed through program and delay analysis.
During this presentation Brett and Karim will highlight programming best practices, methods for delay analysis and the right way to support an Extension of Time Claim.
Areas covered include
- What is a programme
- Programming best practises
- How to track progress in the right way
- Understand the general concepts of “Delay Analysis”
- Learn different methods to assess an Extension of Time (EOT) claim
