Are inaccurate and delayed project reports damaging you and your Project?

In busy project environments, the dreaded monthly reporting cycle comes around all too quickly. There is much crunching of numbers and fanciful report writing that goes on behind closed doors usually into the late evening just before the report is due to be delivered to management and clients alike. But what are numbers and where do they really come from? And what should they be?

Allan will explore an all too common problem facing projects, “Inaccurate Reporting”. He will reflect on what happens in the real world and will keep reminding us throughout the presentation that the “Truth must prevail at all times” through all levels of management.

Allan will cover the integration of corporate and company standalone systems and the benefits not only to the project but also the company when adopting common coding structures throughout.

He will explore the need to match skills and qualifications of project controls staff to ensure successful and meaningful project reporting. He will highlight the experience and qualifications that every project manager should be looking for in their project controls team.
